We finally arrived safely in the town of Paamul, Mexico. Paamul means "fallen ruins". It is located about 9 miles south of Carmen del Playa. Today's adventure began with some delays at the airport, then a nice flight to Cancun. There was not much turbulence at all and then we stood in line a while to go through customs.
We were greeted at the airport by Doug Millar and Andrew who helped load all 17 bags of luggage.
After an hour long drive to Paamul,
we arrived at Darla and Doug's house for dinner.
What a treat! The food was delicious and their home was so inviting.
